Tailor-made hockey tours in Namibia

Hockey is played at both school and club level, but due to a lack of modern hockey facilities, the majority of matches are played on grass. Touring teams are made very welcome and you would be guaranteed a competitive fixture for both girls and boys.

    Water: Tap water is generally safe for drinking but visitors advised to carry bottled water.

    Clothing:. Ensure on entry to the country that all sports shoes are clean and clear of all mud or items will be confiscated and fines imposed.

    Visas: Not required for holders of British Passports. All other nationalities to contact the Namibian Embassy directly

    Vaccinations: Please consult your G.P.

    Tipping: is only expected in upmarket tourist establishments where a service charge is not included. In this case, a general rule would be a 10% tip. Tipping is officially prohibited in national parks and reserves.
