Gullivers Sports Travel is an Assured Member of the School Travel Forum (STF) and in booking with us you can be secure in the knowledge that we:

To ensure our health and safety standards are maintained our systems and procedures are fully audited annually by independent experts.

STF membership is the benchmark for good school tour providers; consequently it is an Awarding Body for the prestigious Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge.

The Outdoor Education Advisors Panel (OEAP) endorses the Quality Badge and requests Local Authorities to recommend the use of Badged Providers and require the minimum of additional paperwork where Quality Badge accreditation is in place.

This means that you can book your trip with confidence, meet your due diligence and reduce the amount of External Provider paperwork necessary.

Special requirements and needs

Assessments of the services included in our tours are carried out according to criteria highlighted in our Safety Management Policy. If any group has specific requirements or needs, it cannot be assumed that suppliers will be able to cater for them. Gullivers Sports Travel aims to provide as much information and assistance as possible but cannot guarantee that all special requests can be met. We recommend all group leaders should visit the destination themselves to ensure that the facilities and location are appropriate for the needs of their particular group. Gullivers Sports Travel will help to facilitate any visits by sourcing the lowest rates possible, but costs will be passed on.

Child Protection Policy

Gullivers Sports Travel has a comprehensive child protection policy in place, overseen by a trained Child Protection Officer.
