Tailor-made Cricket Tours in Holland

Cricket in Holland is very well established. In fact, cricket has been played in the Netherlands since at least the 19th century, and in the 1860s was considered a major sport in the country.

All standards of cricket play can be accommodated from social to strong making this a fantastic touring destination, which is relatively close to home.

With its close proximity to the UK and excellent road, sea and air links, Holland (particularly Amsterdam or The Hague) is an excellent choice for your next cricket tour.

THE HAGUE

Day 1 - DEPARTURE DAY

Transfer by executive coach to Dover from your selected pick-up point to catch the ferry to Calais. On arrival, travel north to The Hague, where you are staying for three nights. Spend the rest of the day exploring and settling in.

Match Day 1

This morning there is time for sightseeing. Perhaps visit the beautiful palace, home to the Dutch royal family or take a sparkling tour of a diamond factory.

Day 3 - THE HAGUE

Match Day 2

Another free morning. Maybe stroll around the castles, monumental buildings or visit the world famous miniature city and familiarise yourselves with all the surprising features Holland has to offer.

Coach transfer to Calais to catch the ferry to Dover, and then home.

 

AMSTERDAM

Day 1 - DEPARTURE DAY

Meet at the airport for your flight to Amsterdam. A Gullivers Sports Travel representative will be on hand to assist with check in. On arrival coach transfer to your hotel for three nights. Spend the rest of the day settling in and familiarising yourselves with your new surroundings.

Day 2 – AMSTERDAM

Match Day 1

Spend the morning seeing the sights of this colourful city. Perhaps hop on the canal bus, visit the famous house of Anne Frank or wander around the Royal Palace on Dam Square.

Afternoon match followed by after match function.

Day 3 – AMSTERDAM

Match Day 2

A morning at leisure. Maybe take a ride on the Museum tram or visit the Ajax museum in the impressive Amsterdam Soccer stadium.

Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
