Tailor-made football tours in Grenada

The popularity of football in Grenada is continuing to grow, helped by the recent successes of the National team, the ‘Spice Boys’. Matches are played throughout the island in many of the beautiful and scenic parishes and the opposition will be competitive although always showing the usual Grenadian hospitality.

Day 1 - DEPARTURE DAY

Assemble at London Gatwick Airport for your flight to Grenada. A Gullivers Sports Travel Representative will be on hand to assist with the check in procedure.

On arrival in Grenada transfer to your accommodation for fourteen nights on a self catering basis. 

Day 2 – GRENADA

A day for familiarisation, spend the day soaking up the sun on the spectacular Morne Rouge Beach or doing some watersports. 

Day 3 – GRENADA

Match Day 1

Optional Evening Excursion: Crab Racing.  Enjoy crab racing at The Owl, Flamboyant Hotel this evening. Have a drink at the bar and bet on the fastest looking crab! There is also a pool table at The Owl.

Day 4 – GRENADA

Day at leisure.

Optional Excursion: Island Treasures.  Discover the inner beauty of the island on this full day tour. Visit waterfalls, a spice plantation, nutmeg processing station, chocolate factory, rum distillery and the island’s capital. Includes a plantation style lunch.

Optional Excursion: Seven Sisters Trek - Half hour drive to the Forest Reserve and a 30 minute trek through the rainforest brings you to a glistening pool for a swim. Afterwards there’s an uphill trek back to the transport and to the hotel. Approximately 4 hours. Soft drinks included.

Optional Excursion: Saturday Market & Historic Tour - During this half day tour you will experience the sights and sounds if a typical West Indian market including a guide. You will also visit Fort George and the churches of Grenada.

Optional Excursion: Grenadines Day Tour - Early morning flight to Union Island in the Grenadines. Join the crew of the 80ft wooden hull Schooner ‘Scaramouche’ (from Pirates of the Caribbean fame) and discover pristine, white sand beaches. Snorkelling is the order of the day especially within the protected Tobago Quays with additional stops at Mayreay & Palm Island. Lunch and all inclusive drink package are part of this tour. Maximum 9 passengers. Need to book in advance due to flights.

Day 16 - LONDON 

Early morning arrival back at London. After clearing customs and immigration please make your own onward travel arrangements.
