The Cook Islands are 15 beautiful islands in the South Pacific, with Rarotonga being the capital of the islands and where you will find sporting teams to play against.

Rugby union is the main sport in the Cook Islands so you will be sure to get some good fixtures.

The Cook Islands is a great stop off location when travelling either to or from New Zealand.

On arrival transfer to Rarotonga Beach Resort & Spa, located on the beach next to the Aroa Lagoon, where you will be accommoded for the next three nights.
